insert iptables-p2p module at boot time

I don't know that module and doubt it is an "*.o" module - should be
"*.ko". The other thing is, you should avoid using insmod and use
instead modprobe.

The Fedora way is to configure /etc/sysconfig/iptables-config
accordingly.
