BUG: check your ntpd, it may be dead

I just did a service restart and everything said OK.

I'm running a 3GHz P4, 1G RAM, Intel D865PERL motherboard.

The PC clock is running maybe 0.3 second behind my Rugby MSF clock, but 
perhaps this is due to the time taken for packets to arrive from the time 
server, and is insignificant?
