Change default PDF viewer in FC3

Sorry, there's an additional step.

Then close Acrobat Reader, right-click on the PDF again, and select
Properties. On the Open With tab, select the acroread radio button. Then
click Close. Sorry about the amnesia -- I haven't had my coffee yet.

Right-click on a PDF. On the context menu, select "Open With..." and on the
second context menu, select "Open with Other Application..."

In the dialogbox "Open xxxx.pdf and other files of type "PDF document"
with:" enter acroread and click "Open."

I recently installed Adobe Acrobat 7.0 and would like that to be my default
PDF viewer.

FC3 in Gnome defaults to gpdf.  Does anyone know how I can change that?
