My laptop has a single line I added to dhclient.conf:

	send host-name "canis";

This works fine at work (and at home) with a FC3 server that does DHCP
and DNS. The dynamic DNS stuff works just fine with this in the
dhclient.conf. At some time in the past dynamic DNS wasn't working -
can't remember exactly when it started to work.
