Do:
mkdir /var/www/html/dav
chown apache.apache /var/www/html/dav
and then add to your httpd.conf:
<Directory /var/www/html/dav>
DAV On
</Directory>
and then http://your.server.name.com/dav/ is DAV-enabled; you should be
able to point any DAV-clients at that location to upload files.
