which rpm provides perl(:MODULE_COMPAT_5.8.6)

hey friends,

 Recently I configured CVS on FC3.Now i want to configure CVSWeb on
FC3 so I downloaded the CVSweb and then tried  to install it .It gave
me error saying perl-IPC-Run rpm is needed.I downloaded the
perl-IPC-Run rpm but when I tried to install perl-IPC-Run it says

"perl(:MODULE_COMPAT_5.8.6) is needed by perl-IPC-Run-0.79-2.noarch".

I don't know which rpm is needed to fulfill this dependency problem.I
also tried yum install perl-IPC-Run but yum did not installed it.

Can anyone tell me the command to know which rpm will provide the
missing dependencies.
