FC4 File system corrupted. Help!

You may be able to boot to rescue mode, or to knoppix to recover the
files.
I would do the mandatory recovery (absolutely minimal and files I could
scan for problems) and then do a FULL new install, formatting everything
on that hard disk and any others that have been attached as well.
