use window XP files under Linux Fedora

running files is easy when it is mounted,
check linux-ntfs.org for details.
on the other hand, for using wine www.winehq.net i'm not sure), up to a
certain extent it will run some apps, unless that application tries writing
to and reading from the windows partition...
on the other hand there are commercial versions, one of which is
www.codeweavers.com which probably work better than wine.
