Install method question for FC5

Thanks Tim,

but it does not take us anywhere except may be to the wish list of anaconda
or FC5 or FC6,  lest this is futile for some reason.

It is definitely possible not because "Win" has been doing so for ages, but
because it is computers and it does what it is told to do.
