It will track down who has subscribed to this list and forwarding
their email to that domain no one likes anymore.  Generating the
challenges.

Basically, he is sending emails from his own domain to help find.  I'm
just curious how he got the list of subscribers or is he just taking
the accumulated list of posters to the list and emailing everyone who
has posted a message.

I got one also by the way.

It usually is the last one in the list that is a problem.
