We can't tell.  We'd need to see your configuration files to tell (the
three you've just mentioned).

Did you restart your name server after making any changes?  And are you
increasing the serial numbers each time you update a zone file?  (You
only need to update the one you're changing, both zone files can have
different serial numbers.)

Did you change your resolv.conf file before or after you were connected
to the internet?  Your connection scripts can re-write it.
