FC4 CF-based Router

I'm using GNAP: 
http://www.gentoo.org/proj/en/base/embedded/gnap.xml
in my CF-based firewall/router machine. If you don't want to 
switch distros, maybe you can get some ideas on how to build 
your system from their site.
