emacs-auctex-11.81-1.fc4.noarch bug?

Bonjour,

I installed emacs-auctex-11.81-1.fc4.noarch and got this message when I
tried to open a TeX file with emacs:

void-function TeX-defun

and no latex mode....

gone back to v. 11.55-1 of auctex and it works....
