FC4: Driver For ALi Corporation M5263 rev 40 Ethernet Controller

I just installed Fedora Core 4 (x86_64, from the original installation DVD; 
I'm using the 2.6.11-1.1369_FC4smp kernel) on a new AMD system with an 
Asrock 939Dual-SATA2 motherboard and an Ali (ULI?) M5263 ethernet 
controller. The installer loaded the tulip driver and I can't get an 
ethernet connection with it. From Googling, it looks like I need the uli526x 
driver, and this has needed patches. The driver doesn't seem to be present 
on this kernel. Where can I get the latest driver code, if I need that, from 
the authoritative source?
