How To Setup Local Printer With Standard Tcp/Ip Port In Linux?

Hello,

Thank you very much for replying to my post.

I ran the Printer Configuration Tool and followed the wizard to the 
Queue Type Dialog. Then enter the followings.
Queue Type: Networked CUPS (IPP)
Server: 192.168.1.1 (The router IP)
Path: /lp1 (default=/printers/queue1. Path is the queue name for the 
printer port of the router, I guess)
Then select the printer driver (the same printer driver and the 
printer settings did work okayed with the samba queue type accessing 
though another WindowsXP PC in the same network)
After OK/Apply clicks, I try to print a test page. But, it doesn't work.

Anything goes wrong?
