GNome Un-install?

Add/Remove Program (system-config-packages) doesnt understand 
repositories. This is scheduled to be fixed for the final release of 
Fedora Core 5. For now you can use Yumex which is a graphical frontend 
for yum available from the Fedora Extras repository.
