You should take a look at Mailfilter:

Simple to set up and configure - it's totally standalone. It does not
even require that you run Sendmail, Postfix or any other MTA. You also
don't need Fetchmail or Procmail. Hardest part is setting up your
.mailfilterrc, which really isn't hard. It will delete unwanted messages
on the mail server without you having to download them, which is really
great if you've got a slow connection like dialup. Let's you set up a
whitelist, just in case your filter rules are so strict that wanted mail
would be deleted.
