Look in the Fedora/RPMS directory of your DVD. You will find there a gcc
rpm. If you want to build c++ programs too, which appears to be the
case, you'll also need the gcc-c++ package.
Once you have your yum repo up and running, you could just use:
# yum install gcc gcc-c++
