fc3 ftp connects but not working

I have the same problem. But none of the ??conntrack files are found on
my system, so the suggested exploration didn't result in anything. And
I think the server I was trying to connect to is also Windows-based.
Not that this is related, but I also can't see the other (Windows) PC
on my LAN, nor can I seem to pick up the E, F, G "drives" that are on a
Win98 harddrive physically in the system. Picks up the D "drive" on
that 60GB harddisk, though.
