Automatic Failover Internet Connection

Anyone here can help me to setup my FC3 for Automatic Failover Connection?

I have P4 machine with 512MB RAM, 3 NIC... two internet connection in different ISP.

And also my FC3 will handle DHCP, Proxy and Firewall Server.
