You are attempting to install the FC3 or rawhide version of the package. 
You could either install the FC2 version (current latest one is 
3.0.10-1.fc2) or if you really need the very latest package, you could 
get the SRPM for it and rebuild it on your FC2 system to get an 
FC2-compatible package.
