HELP: Accessing Linux partitions from Windows

I am using Windows XP Professional (Service Pack 2) and Fedora Core 3.

I have three primary partitions: NTFS, Linux boot and Type 8E (according to
Partition Magic). In the third partition, there are the Linux swap and Linux
/ . But they are not recognised in Windows, neither by the disk manager nor
by Partition Magic.

According to Linux, the partition / is in /dev/mapper/VolGroup00-LogVol00

Ext2ifs and Explore2fs only recognises the /boot partition. How can I mount
the / partition?

Thank you in advance, and have a happy new year
