Install from DVD

Hi!

I am new to linux, and maybe this question was asked by somebody in this
list, but i did not find anything about it.
I downloaded the ISO from the website and burnt it on a DVD.
After I started the installation I have a problem.
The installer wants to check the media, but it did not find in my DVD-ROM.
So can somebody help me what can I do to make it work?
