I noticed that as well (although not the duplication)

I hear you but I'm reasonably certain that is the Fedora 686
configuration and I made no changes. Moreover, you'll note that the
config has the Fedora options (like compile for size) not available in
the Korg flavor.  I made a source rpm from the src.rpm and installed it.
