Recent Upgrade to 2.6.10-1.741_FC3

Today I upgraded by kernel to 2.6.10-1.741_FC3 from 2.6.9-1.724_FC3 and now
my locally connected printer is not found!  It is a parallel printer HP
LaserJet 1100.  I go back to 2.6.9-1.724_FC3 and printing works.  Any
ideas/help?
