Adding package to Fedora?

Basically, the procedure is: suggest it for Fedora Extras. Then, once that's
worked out for a while, suggest it for Core.

But Fedora Extras is in the intermediate stages of being integrated, so not
everything is in place to make it easy yet.

Do you have a specific package in mind?
