Resize ext3 Partition

The drive is laid out something like this right now:

30GB to Windows XP
5GB to Fedora (/ , /boot, swap partitions)

Supposing that I use something like Partition Magic to shrink the NTFS 
partition to ~5GB, what would I then use, from within Fedora, to 
non-destructively "grow" the root partition to consume the now-available space?
