did you install the kernel module and firmware >?
i used the 3 rpms from atrpms.net
http://www.atrpms.net/dist/fc3/ipw2200/
look down the list for the kernel module that rewflects the driver you
installed,
ex. ipw2200 0.21-21 & ipw2200kmdl 0.21-21
grab the latest firmware
then to confugure go to
http://www.fedoranews.org/contributors/jim_lawrence/securewireless/
