No. From your question I assumed that you already have double-Windows 
installation an Fedora is just supposed to be the third system. So I 
decided that both Win2K and WinMe are the OSes with all the data you 
don't want to lose. So my point was that if something goes bad you'll be 
able at least to recover you present state with Win2K recovery console.
