Problem compiling PHP with Sablotron support

We tried to rebuild the PHP with Sablotron from php-3.4.10-3.2.src.rpm
adding the follwing lines in the /usr/src/redhat/SPECS/php.spec file:

    --enable-xslt \
    --with-xlst-sablot \
    --with-sablot-js \

like in the old RH7.2 with php-4.1.2 but we get always this error:

We have also installed the related rpms:

 js.i686 1.5-0.n0i.3.rc6a
 sablotron.i686 1.0.2-0.n0i.1
 sablotron-devel.i686 1.0.2-0.n0i.1
 js-devel.i686 1.5-0.n0i.3.rc6a
 expat-1.95.7-4
 expat-devel-1.95.7-4	

Any suggestion?
