If you are looking to make yourself more hirable, then I would say go with the RHCE. I recently did a search on Monster.com for RHCE, "Red Hat," SUSE, LPI, and a bunch of other Linux terms. RHCE clearly had the highest number of jobs associated with it. Thomas
