The link you want is at the very bottom of that page, "Unsubscribe or
edit options".  When you get to the "membership configuration" page,
about half way down you'll find the option to disable mail delivery.
If you set up a newsreader to go to news.gmane.org you can access this
list (and many, many others) as a newsgroup.  You need to remain
subscribed in order to be able to post.
