Boot failure on FC4 install

Though I get further with the boot process, it finally fails, yet FC1,
FC2, FC3, RH7 and RH8 all install fine. I have tried all of the
wor-arounds suggested in bugzilla and on this forum. Since I can live
without FC4, my hope is that the problem will be addressed.
