Problem with apache, php and mysql after FC4 upgrade: SegmentationFault ...

For the record:
I'm seeing this issue aswell, and it is on a brand new, completly
clean install of FC4 (i.e. I formatted the entire partition).
Should this be therefore logged as a bug?
