subversion-1.2.0 for FC4?

I rebuilt David Summers's RHEL 4 RPM on RHEL 4 (I know it's not the same, 
but...) and I've seen no issues so far.  I did the rebuild to use 
python2.3 instead of python2.2 so it would work with Trac.
