It was probably already there but pointing to the wrong place. The most
likely place that the "wrong" one will be is in your /etc/yum.conf. If
you find an [updates-released] repo definition in there, delete it. In
FC3 or later there really shouldn't be any repo definitions
in /etc/yum.conf - they should be in .repo files in /etc/yum.repos.d
instead.
