Graphics Acceleration

I have just installed FC4, I was previously using FC2,
and I noticed that graphics acceleration is not being
used, just wondering how you turn it on?

In FC2 there was a video card config tool, I can't
seem to find it anymore.

In case it matters I have a radeon 7200.
