CD permission denied for users other than root -- HELP

Thanks for replying.
I'm using FC4. I did the relabeling, then I did touch /selinux/ 
relabel and nothing happens.
I still get the annoying message saying that only root can mount /dev/ 
hdb on /media/cdrom
