Teamspeak and ALSA

Hi

I have a problem with Teamspeak2 and sound apps. Only the one started
first gets access to the sound card. How can i make it work both ways?

I have read this article, but it seams to be a bit risky, and the guide
is not made for Fedora.

I have used this rpm:
http://www.mephisto.ma.cx/apt/fedora/4/en/i386/RPMS.mephisto/teamspeak-2.0.32.60-2.mr.i386.rpm


I use FC4, Alsa snd-intel8x0. All other sound works perfect in the
system.
