Where/how to get FC4?

Some mirrors are always slow to syncing up.  You need to check more
than one or two sites to make sure they care the latest version.

1. Install Mozilla Firefox and use it as your main browser.

2. If you must use IE6 try using one of the mirrors with an ftp URI.
