I think you have a few options.
As Alex pointed out you should try and rsync the iso from duke to save bandwidth, you need to rsync the iso at duke to the same directory that you have the current iso in (are you familiar with rsync? if not try man rsync)
or you can extract the files from the iso and rsync the individual files against the base tree at duke.
