enigmail thunderbird problen

hi list,
       I cannot get enigmail gpg extension on  thunderbird on fc3...any I attempt to do with enigmail I get
following error 
* Failed to initialize service * 

I have also specified my path on account options tab /user/bin/gpg 

any help be greatly appericiated
