Install KDE, FC3

How do I install KDE using the package manager?  Whenever I click on 'K
Desktop Environment' and then click 'update,' I get a message saing that
xorg-x11-lib is not installed.  I go into the CD and click on the xorg-
x11-lib RPM, and I get a message stating that it is already installed.

Also, once K is installed, how do I switch between GNOME and K?
