Red Hat needs to have a trademark on Fedora.
Since it is all open source software, anyone can fork it or whatever and
distribute it.
That's fine, but it would be a dis-service to the Fedora community if
someone forked it and distributed it AS FEDORA - it would cause
confusion and people buying/downloading the wrong product. That's all
that this is about.
