Suggestions for laptop purchase for Fedora Core 3?

I'm running FC3 on a Sony Vaio S260. It's a lightweight notebook with an 
1280X800 wide screen 1Gig/ram and a 60G HD. FC3 runs excellent on it. Sound 
works, the wide screen works, etc.. The only issue I have is the built-in 
memory stick slot does not work however I have a USB memory stick reader and 
a USB external HD that both work great !
