yum quit working!

I'm currently using fedora-extras and dag as added repos.  These are in 
addition to what was installed by default.  What other repos can I 
safely use?  I upgraded mutt to the 1.5X version but had to manually 
find the FC3 rpm for it and it was not on fedora-extras or on dag, same 
with abook.
