yum: sometimes it gives me an error

The problem here is that none of the repositories you have configured 
for yum on your system contain the nvu program. So yum cannot find it 
and hence cannot install it.

Perhaps someone can suggest a repo?

It's not in Fedora Extras, and I don't think it's in any of the RPMforge 
repos - see http://bugzilla.atrpms.net/show_bug.cgi?id=30
