The firefox and mozilla provided by FC3 are fine for displaying MathML.
You need two sets of fonts, the Mathematica ones and the TeX ones, which
you can find on the above mentioned site.
If you are using Acroread 7, the symbol font is
/usr/local/Adobe/Acrobat7.0/Resource/Font/SY______.PFB
else it is
/usr/lib/acroread/Resource/Font/Symbol
Put this file somewhere below /usr/share/fonts, and voila, firefox or
mozilla should automatically pick it up. Do the same with the
Mathematica and TeX fonts.
