FC3 hangs on reboot

Hello All,

I have 2.6.10-1.760_FC3smp on a dual-processor AMD.
When I reboot, it hangs at "Red Hat nash version
4.1.18 starting".
When I delete the "quiet" in the boot option and
reboot, it now hangs for more than an hour at:
SELinux: Disabled at runtime
SELinux: Unregistering netfilter hooks

Doing a power-cycle reboot several times has not
helped.

Any suggestions?
