Upgrade process from FC3 to FC4?

I was just wondering how one should go about upgrading from FC3 to FC4
once it becomes available.  If this is available in a FAQ somewhere, a
link would be wonderful.  :-)

I'd prefer to upgrade without wiping everything and reinstalling, though
it wouldn't be a big loss if I had to, as I'm still doing my work in
"that other OS."
